What Remediation to bring site into compliance for intended use. If changes are required during remediation, State must review/approve. State can enter site and inspect at any time. When all tasks outlined in Remedial Action Plan (RAP) are complete, site considered "clean". Upon completing voluntary remedial action and other actions as defined by plan, submit report.   Use-restrictions applied to partials must be filed with the parish clerk of court. Public hearing required. Removal or modification of use restrictions also requires public hearing.

Available Assistance Pilot City; lending institutions;BCRLF & EPA grants. Pilot City. Pilot City can be present during inspection if requested by participant.   Pilot can review report. Funds from BCRLF & EPA grant.            
Exit Option State must be notified by participant prior to quitting remedial action at site. State must approve.
