What Participant selects from qualified contractors   Submit VRP Application with required fees and a Voluntary RAP to include: (1) remedial investigation report, (2) remedial design, and (3) remedial project plan. Remedial design should implement the proposed remedy that will attain the Remedial Action goa   Applicant provides copies to State and local public facilities. Legal notice of proposed RAP published. Notice sent to contiguous property owners. Comments accepted for 30 days and considered by State. Based on public comments, State will determine if a public hearing or plan revision is needed. State considers/responds to public comments. If plan revisions are necessary, participant, Pilot City notified and make appropriate modifications. Modified plan approved by State.
