Summary of assistance

TAB is assisting the Atlanta Metro Chamber of Commerce in its efforts to develop a brownfields guidebook for developers and others interested in pursuing the redevelopment of environmentally contaminated property. The guidebook will include information on the legal issues impacting redevelopment, the role insurance plays in financing and supporting redevelopment, technical issues, land-use planning, and example case studies.

A second draft of the guidebook is scheduled for completion in mid-March 2002.
